Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with theclothing that I received in the mail, could not believe that it was deliveredso promptly. I rang and spoke to a polite and professional lady,unfortunately I had purchased an item that was for the wrong gender, my error.I could not believe how accommodating she was .The lady was more than happy toexchange the item. All I can say is that it is very rare for someone to speak to a person over the phone these days, I am used to automated services and answeringmachines where people don’t callback. Generally when you receive great productsat competitive prices you forgo the service, well here is cheers to you, it wasexceptional. Such a pleasure doingbusiness, I will definitely be purchasing more items in the near future. Julia

I just wanted to say a huge thanks for my last order. I 'requested' a top with the 2 for 1 deal even though we weren't meant to & you gave us that top. My daughter was as thrilled as I was.
