I received a call earlier this morning from the mother of the child whoreceived the elaborate Guess pink jacket. The mother was almost in tears due tothe impressive beauty of the jacket.
I have never experienced such an emotional response to an item of clothing

Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with theclothing that I received in the mail, could not believe that it was deliveredso promptly.

I rang and spoke to a polite and professional lady,unfortunately I had purchased an item that was for the wrong gender, my error.I could not believe how accommodating she was .The lady was more than happy toexchange the item. All I can say is that it is very rare for someone to speak to a person over the phone these days, I am used to automated services and answeringmachines where people don’t callback. Generally when you receive great productsat competitive prices you forgo the service, well here is cheers to you, it wasexceptional. Such a pleasure doingbusiness, I will definitely be purchasing more items in the near future.
