Product Colours We have made every effort to accurately display the colours of our products on this website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your computer's monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be entirely accurate.
Ordering Options
Payments * All orders received will be distributed within 48 hours of payment being received. Maximum delivery time Australia-wide is expected to be within 7 business days. Delivery to New Zealand is expected to be similar, although we have no control over New Zealand customs so it's difficult to specify an exact time-frame. * Payment can also be made via cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard in person at our KidzBrandz Eventz. * Payment is expected within 48 hours of your order being placed (with allowance for weekend bank payments). As we have limited stock it is our policy to cancel unpaid orders within 48 hours so that items can be returned to inventory for others to purchase. If you need longer than 48 hours to pay for your order, please Contact Us prior to placing your order. Shipping * Australia Post Pre-paid satchels are used by default for Australian deliveries! * Australia Post Express Post satchels may be requested to ensure confirmation of delivery. * PLEASE NOTE: Kidz Brandz Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for Australia Post failing to deliver items - that is why we always offer the Express Post option, which is more easily tracked and which we always encourage our customers to take advantage of. If you choose to use normal Pre-paid satchels and you do not receive your order then we will do everything possible to assist you in tracking down your parcel, including liaising with Australia Post and lodging an investigation on your behalf. Please be aware however, that this process can take 10 business days or more and Australia Post will not guarantee an outcome. * New Zealand customers - postage is done via Australia Post's Registered International or Express Post International services, and is worked out automatically during Checkout based on your postal address. We always try to use the cheapest option available. We will arrange the best possible deal for you. Special Offers * Special offers may not be applicable to all shoppers.
