All of our stock is brand new with most items still having the tags attached (on occasion we have replaced ripped or lost tags).  However, as the majority of our stock is factory outlet stock it should be expected that some items may have snipped or marked tags.  If an item is dirty, damaged or has marks on it then this will be indicated in the listing.  Refunds are only available in the case of faulty goods which are not described in the listing.

If you do receive a faulty item, you may return it (new, unworn and with intact tags) within 14 days of the date of your original order, for a full refund.

Items should be returned in the original packaging with a "RETURN TO SENDER" written across the satchel (this will negate extra postage charges).  Upon receipt of this package by Kidz Brandz, the applicable action will be taken.  Items MUST be received within 14 days of order date for this process to be seamless.
