If you look on the left-side menu under the "Returning Customers" menu, there's a little link that says Lost Password .  If you click on this, you'll have a chance to enter your Username and/or Email Address to retrieve your password.

"So what is my username?", we hear you ask (fairly often)?!

Your username is automatically assigned by taking the first 25 characters of your registered email address when you place your first order and complete registration.  So, here's a few examples of email addresses and usernames:
