Our system automatically emails you whenever something happens.  So, you should receive an email when you first place your Order, when payment is received and when your Order is posted.

If you don't receive any emails, generally this is due to a couple of different reasons:

1.  Because our email is going to your Junk or Spam mail folders.  Please check these folders and, if you find an email from us, please right click on this email and add kidzbrandz.com.au to your Safe Senders list, to ensure that all future emails will come through to your Inbox. 

2.  Because you've typed in the wrong email address!  You'd be amazed how often this happens!  If you do make a boo-boo, please Contact Us so we can update your email address, to ensure you receive all future emails.
