Once payment is received and cleared, you should receive an email saying that your Order is Confirmed.  Once an order is Confirmed we endeavour to post your items the next working day. Turnaround is generally within 7 business days.  Once we post your item you should receive another email saying that your Order has been Shipped.

After you placed your order, you should have received an email with a copy of your order and a link at the bottom that says "View the order by following the link below".  If you click on that link you will be taken to our website and should be prompted for your username and password so you can log back in and check the status of your order.
